The Case

The case dates back when the Plaintiffs submitted a complaint to the management of the hospital against some physicians working in the hospital alleging that their mother had sustained internal bleeding owing to taking a medicinal drug handed to her erroneously by the pharmacy of the hospital. The complaint then was forwarded to the LMA for an action to be taken.

The Case

A financial claim filed by our client (Company M) against Company (B) (defendant) for recovery of the outstanding debts owed by the defendant, based on an agreement entered into between the two parties whereby our client carried out subcontracting works for the defendant.

The defendant failed to keep his promise of repayment and did not repay SAR 100,000 he took as a loan from the deceased by way of cheque. The legal heirs approached us for our legal assistance in the recovery of their claim, and we filed the case which ended up with the Court ruled in favour of our Client, ordering the defendant to pay back the entire claim amount to our Client.

A case was by our client (H) against Company (S) (defendant) for recovery of rental dues of rented property leased by our client based on the tenancy contract existed between our client and the defendant.

A financial recovery claim case filed by our client (Company H) against Company (G) (defendant), demanding the defendant to pay the outstanding debts, which is a result of the defendant’s failure to abide by the contractual obligations, in line with the supply agreement concluded between the two parties for supply of electric appliances.

Our client, a trading company, filed a financial recovery claim against Company (W) (defendant) for the outstanding payment of the electric devices and products supplied by our client to the defendant and which was a breach of contract by the defendant as per the contractual obligations of supply contract existed between both the parties.

A financial claim lawsuit was filed by the Plaintiff Foreign Company registered out of KSA (our client) against a Company (the Defendant) demanding the settlement of the outstanding debts for the value of auto parts supplied by our client to the Defendant.

The contracting company “ Plaintiff ”,  had submitted a claim before the General Court in KSA, requiring our client “defendant” to pay financial dues resulting from contractual relation between them Contracting Agreement “, and this was after payment of financial dues under approved and certified progress reports and after counting all existing works and delivery of house to our client defendant”, and plaintiff claims that there was cheating, deceit, and complicity by an employee under his company, which lead to fake and unreal results of counting process.

The Plaintiff alleges that our client (a gynaecologist) failed to perform due care and attention as being a physician, who was supervising the delivery of his pregnant wife (patient).
The Plaintiff demanded the medical team and the hospital to pay the legal Diya (blood money) as well as the compensation for damages sustained for present and future complications.

The Case

This claim is that our client (a Turkish company) engaged in food and industrial trade had supplied/exported goods to the respondent a Saudi company and the value of the goods supplied was approximately $ 125,000. Our client had all transaction documents such as invoices and shipment documents were properly stamped and singed.

The case goes back when our client, in its capacity as the Plaintiff, entered into an agreement with the Defendant whereby our client shall implement a number of contracting projects for the Defendant. Our client fulfilled its contractual obligations and carried out the works entrusted to it in consideration of SAR 23,647,610.33 (Twenty Three Million and Six Hundred Forty Seven Thousand and Six Hundred ten Riyals and Thirty Three Halalah) the Defendant failed to settle– a matter, which prompted us to file this lawsuit.

The Case

The Defendant informed our client that if he invests as much as USD 1,000,000 in palms cultivation, it could generate profit approximately ranging between USD 350,000-400,000. (Three Hundred Fifty Thousand to Four Hundred Thousand). On such defendant’s representation and promises our client entered into a finance agreement with the Defendant. But the defendant ultimately failed to return the principal as well the profits to our client. Following that, our client approached us to support in recovery of the amount by filing a lawsuit which was finally settled and recovered through alternative disputes resolution in reconciliation session between the two parties.
